Where are your jewelry made?
And how?

The jewelry is designed and made by my own little hands in my workshop in the southwest (Landes) of France. All jewelry is made to order, for ecological purposes and to avoid wasting materials, I have no dormant stock. This is why it takes me a little longer to ship your packages! What are your inspirations when you create your jewelry?

I am simply inspired by nature: the sun and the moon, the stars, the oceans, the forests. I am passionate about history, but also about tales and legends, mythology, ancient cultures and current cultures.
I like reading, creating, photographing and above all traveling, because it is from my travels and my experiences that I draw my inspiration.
I like to listen to my intuition and my heart. So you will find all these inspirations in my collections!


What are the materials of your jewelry?

Our materials? Durable and quality with the aim of offering you unique and quality jewelry, which you can wear on all your craziest adventures.

Our creations are gilded with fine gold or gold-filled (everything is indicated in the descriptions model by model). They are guaranteed to be lead, cadmium and nickel free.

For our jewelry gilded with fine gold: they are of good quality with a low risk of oxidation, occasional contact (from time to time) with clear water does not damage your jewel. We nevertheless advise you to avoid contact with chemicals in order to preserve the beautiful color of your jewelry and its shine for a very long time. Jewelry gilded with fine gold can last a few years if you take care of it. We chose this material because it is the best compromise for a material that lasts while having a very low price.

For our 14-carat gold-filled jewelry: these are completely waterproof and will not chip over time, they are hypoallergenic, durable and resistant for all your adventures. Gold-filled jewelry can last around 30 years if taken care of. And therefore, the price of gold-filled jewelry is much less affordable than jewelry gilded with fine gold.

Gold-filled in detail? A material little known in France but which has a gold content 50 to 100 times higher than gold plated. Which means the coating is more durable and stronger than traditional gold plating. Gold-filled, unlike gold-plated or fine gold-plated, will resist small scratches better (i.e. the brass base will not reveal itself as easily). Gold-filled has the appearance of pure gold due to its quality and gold content.

Our semi-precious stones and our freshwater pearls? Sourced and carefully selected for their quality, beauty and resistance. Each stone or pearl is unique and natural, which can explain their difference and irregularity: but that makes it a real charm.

The location of our raw materials? France and Europe (Spain, Germany and Greece) in order to limit our carbon footprint.

I don't know my ring, bracelet or necklace size.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Although our jewelry is resistant and of good quality with a low risk of oxidation. We nevertheless advise you to avoid contact with chemicals in order to preserve the beautiful color of your jewelry and its shine for a very long time
In order to extend their lifespan, avoid contact with water, perfume, creams and cosmetics as much as possible. Also avoid playing sports while wearing them, as well as swimming, this can tarnish and damage your jewelry. From time to time, remember to remove them when you go to bed. The little cotton bags slipped into your orders are the allies of your jewelry. They protect them from light and humidity. This will even prevent them from getting tangled. Finally, to clean your jewelry, a soft, dry cloth will be enough to revive the shine of the gold which patina over time!

Do you accept custom orders?

If your request is possible (depending on my skills and my raw materials), I will be happy to say yes to you! Manufacturing times for your personalized jewelry range from 1 to 10 working days. Personalized orders are therefore made off-site and payments are made by bank transfer.

Once payment is received, I will process your order and I will send you the tracking number of the package via email following our discussions.

How quickly can I receive my order?

Your little jewelry is made to order, which means that I make your jewelry especially for you, so I do not have stock in advance. The manufacturing of your jewelry takes between 1 to 7 working days, then I will ship your order! Once shipped, the transport of your order takes approximately 2 to 5 working days in France, 5 to 10 working days outside France for standard delivery by tracked letter.

You can, however, choose the Colissimo delivery option in order to be delivered more quickly, that is to say between 48 and 72 working hours (this option is only available for France)

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to register on the Laposte website: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois

My jewelry broke, what should I do?

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year following the date of purchase*

*Please note, this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, jewelry that has suffered damage due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year following the date of purchase, upon presentation of proof of purchase. Place your little gem in sturdy packaging to protect it from any problems during transport. Send it in a tracked package to the address given via our exchanges (howlitetrib@gmail.com) following this inconvenience. Don't forget to attach a short note to your shipment, indicating the reference of your order and the problem encountered. We send you a short message to notify you of receipt of your jewelry, which will then be repaired in our workshop. We keep you informed of every step.

The repair time varies depending on the problem encountered, and can be up to one month.

I would like to order as a gift, how can I notify this?

To notify me, simply add the gift option to the basket (link to add this option: here). It is also possible to add a note for your gift, note it when you place your basket!

If you want to offer several, add to the basket the number of gift options × the number of gifts to wrap! I will indicate with a little note which jewel is in which package (I also remain at your disposal, we can talk about it together via email)

I don't know what to offer, I'm afraid of making a mistake. how does the gift card work?

This possibility is the best way to please without making a mistake and thus giving her the choice to treat herself to the jewelry of her dreams! Find the here !
Choose the amount you want to offer (30 to 200€), the card is valid on our entire site for 6 months. The card is printable, you receive the gift card directly (digitally) by email a few hours later (on working days). You can also write a little personalized note there.

To use it on our site, enter the code on the card directly in the basket, the amount will be deducted from your entire basket.

Is it possible to pay in several installments?

Indeed, it is entirely possible with Paypal. Info here!

The option is available if your account is eligible at the time of payment with Paypal. If the option is not available, there may be some configuration or information to provide on your Paypal site account.

How can I contact you?

The workshop is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (French time). I promise to answer your questions and emails within 24 hours (even on weekends).

How can I return a piece of jewelry to you?

I accept returns without problem (except custom-made or personalized jewelry: necklace lengths, customization requests), to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please note that I do not reimburse shipping costs on the order, only the value of the jewelry.
Please send me a message first to let me know of your request to return a piece of jewelry, and I will give you the address to send the jewelry back to me (well packaged and tracked). I am not responsible for the loss of the package when you return the jewelry. I will reimburse the jewelry only when I have received the return of the jewelry (in original condition).

How do I receive my invoice?

For ecological reasons, invoices are not sent in your packages. You can find all your invoices in your personal space.

An error in my order

If a piece of jewelry is missing from your package, please send us a message at howlitetrib@gmail.com. We will find a solution together. Don't forget to specify your order number in your message and attach a photo of the jewelry if necessary.

What are the delivery times?

    • France - Standard delivery: 2 to 5 working days

    • France - Colissimo delivery: 1 to 2 working days

    • Europe - Standard delivery: 3 to 8 working days

    • Worldwide - Standard delivery: 8 to 12 working days

What should I do if I have not received my package?

Have you inquired in your neighborhood or at your post office? It is possible that someone has received your package or is waiting for you at your post office. If not, send us a message at howlitetrib@gmail.com, we will do our best to find it.

My package has been returned to the sender

If your package has been returned to us, don't worry! We will take care of shipping it back to you as soon as we receive it.

Can I come and collect my order from your workshop?

Unfortunately it is not possible to collect your orders from the workshop.
