Deliveries and returns


Your orders are shipped in 1-2 working days (I make your jewelry to order), then it takes 2 to 5 working days (standard delivery) for France, and 5 to 10 working days for international . The jewelry is made with the greatest care, but if you change your mind, you have 15 days to return your order.

However, during busy periods such as Christmas, the Seller reserves the right to extend the shipping time.

The seller reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products. However, from the time of delivery the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

I will endeavor to adhere to these estimates but it is not in my power to guarantee them. The delivery time also depends on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Orders are processed within 3-10 days, depending on the number of orders. The delivery time of the carrier is 2 to 4 working days.

Howlitetrib can not be held responsible for delays, damage and losses due to La Poste. Also no refund is possible. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated to us during the ordering process.


If, despite all our efforts to satisfy you, you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 15 clear days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you . Beyond this deadline, Howlitetrib will be free to refuse reimbursement. Know that I do not reimburse the shipping costs on the order, only the value of the jewelry.

It is necessary to replace the item in its original packaging, well protected in suitable packaging. Reimbursement of items can only be accepted if the items purchased are returned to us in their original and new condition, neither worn (I insist on this fact), nor damaged, suitable for its remarketing. The return costs remain your responsibility and must be followed up in order to follow the traceability of the package.

Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 24 hours if accepted. Howlitetrib reserves the right to refuse the return if: if the jewel has been worn, damaged or broken. The jewel will then be returned at your expense (€4). If these costs are not paid or without response from you, Howlitetrib will therefore reserve the right to keep the articles.

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations. But do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Given the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
  • Bespoke or Custom Orders
  • Bespoke items (Rings and bracelets)
  • Promotional items (sales, last chance, etc)

All jewelry is made to order to avoid waste and dormant inventory.

Returns conditions

Return postage is the buyers responsibility. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

*Warning, this warranty does not cover normal wear, oxidation, jewelry that has suffered damage due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.
