Deliveries and returns
Delivery
Your orders are shipped in 1-2 working days (I make your jewelry to order), then it takes 2 to 5 working days (standard delivery) for France, and 5 to 10 working days for international .
However, during busy periods such as Christmas, the Seller reserves the right to extend the shipping time.
The seller reserves the choice of carrier and guarantees the proper delivery of the products. However, upon delivery the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer. The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to express any reservations, if applicable, on the carrier's delivery note. The seller disclaims all liability in the event of non-compliance with this procedure.
Delivery costs
I will endeavor to adhere to these estimates but it is not in my power to guarantee them. Delivery time also depends on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Orders are processed within 3 to 10 days, depending on the number of orders. The carrier's delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
Howlitetrib cannot be held responsible for delays, damage and losses due to La Poste. Also no refund is possible. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated to us during the ordering process.
Returns
If despite all our efforts to satisfy you, you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 15 clear days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you . Beyond this deadline, Howlitetrib will be free to refuse reimbursement.Please note that I do not reimburse shipping costs on the order, only the value of the jewelry.

It is necessary to place the item back in its original packaging, well protected in suitable packaging.Reimbursement of items can only be accepted if the items purchased are returned to us in their original and new condition, neither worn (I emphasize this fact), nor damaged, suitable for remarketing.Return costs remain your responsibility and must be followed up in order to follow the traceability of the package.
Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 24 hours if accepted. Howlitetrib reserves the right to refuse the return if: if the jewelry has been worn, damaged or broken. The jewelry will then be returned at your expense (€4). If these fees are not paid or there is no response from you, Howlitetrib will therefore reserve the right to keep the items.
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations. But please feel free to contact me if there is a problem with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Customized items (Rings and bracelets)
- Promotional items (sales, last chance, etc.)
All jewelry is made to order in order to avoid waste and dormant stocks.
Return conditions
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
Our jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months following the date of purchase*
*Please note, this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, jewelry that has suffered damage due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.
