Wraps and gift wraps
Prepared packages are wrapped with a business card, care card, and cotton pouches for jewelry. The packaging is made with care and love in the style of the Howlitetrib brand. And if it's a gift, let me know at checkout in the Note tab!:) You can also include a message for the gift!

Size information

Everything is to choose from and made to measure in the product sheets (lengths, sizes.. variations), so that you can find what you are looking for :)

Care instructions

Howlitetrib jewels are talismans, they are handmade in Menton with love, meticulousness and passion. All our stones are natural, semi-precious stones, which explains why their shapes and colors may vary.

In order to prolong their lifespan, avoid contact with water and perfume as much as possible , chemicals and cosmetics.

From time to time, remember to remove them at bedtime. Our small cotton pouches are the allies of your jewelry. They protect them from light and moisture. This will even prevent them from getting tangled.
Finally, to clean your jewelry, a soft, dry cloth will be enough to revive the shine of the gold, which acquires a slight patina over time.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to be entered on the Laposte website: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois

My jewelry has broken, what should I do?

Our jewelry is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase*

*Warning, this warranty does not cover normal wear, oxidation, jewelry that has suffered damage due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for one year, upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Place your little gem in sturdy packaging to protect it from any worries during transport. Send it in a tracked parcel to the address given via our exchanges (howlitetrib@gmail.com) following this inconvenience.

Don't forget to attach a short note to your shipment, indicating the reference of your order and the problem encountered.

We'll send you a little message to let you know when you've received your piece of jewelry, which will then be repaired in our workshop. We keep you informed of each step.

The repair time varies depending on the problem encountered, and can take up to a month.

How can I contact you?

The workshop is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (French time). I promise to answer your questions, emails in 24 hours (even on weekends).

How can I return a jewel to you?

I accept returns with no problem (except custom-made or personalized jewelry: necklace lengths, customization request), to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please note that I do not reimburse the shipping costs on the order, only the value of the jewellery. I will indicate the address in order to return the jewel to me (well packaged and followed). I am not responsible for the loss of the package when you return the jewel. I will refund the jewel only when I have received the return of the jewel (in the original state).
