Where is your jewelry made? And how?
The jewels are imagined and made by my own little hands in my workshop in the south west (Landes) of France. In an ecological logic, and in order to avoid the waste of materials, I have no dormant stock.
All jewelry is made to order and custom made just for you. What's great about make-to-order is that it allows for customization of models! Do not hesitate to send me a little message! What are your inspirations when creating your jewelry?
I am simply inspired by nature: the sun and the moon, the stars, the oceans, the forests. I am passionate about history, but also about tales and legends, mythology, fantasy, ancient cultures and current cultures.
I like to read, create, photograph and above all travel, because it is from my travels and my experiences that I draw my inspiration.
My childhood also inspires me a lot, the memories too. I like to listen to my intuition and my heart. So you will find all these inspirations in my collections!
What are the materials of your jewelry?
I did a lot of research before finding the raw materials for my jewelry. It's a job that requires months/years in order to find the right materials (also do tests with myself as a guinea pig haha).
All jewelry is made with a base of brass gilded with fine gold (2 microns on average). The micron of my jewelry is pretty close to gold plating. But, I cannot use the word "gold plated" in France because the minimum micron for this designation is 3 micron.
However, the maintenance rules are the same for gold-plated as for jewelry gilded with fine gold, it will also oxidize if the rules are not followed.
I have found the best compromise in order to offer you jewelry at a low price (much cheaper than jewelry in 3 micron gold plate) and also resistant (as long as you don't take good care of it, of course)
My very first prototypes are about 5 years old and they have moved very little although I have worn them very often, you just have to take care of them (be careful, the pH of the skin can also play a role and unfortunately this is not your fault!)
They are also adorned with semi-precious stones, shells and natural and imperfect cultured pearls (which makes them unique)
I don't know my ring, bracelet or necklace size.

How do I care for my jewelry?
If all these rules are applied, you can keep your little treasures with their gilding for as long as possible. (These maintenance tips are provided with your jewelry upon receipt of your order)
Do you accept custom orders?Of course! Let's create together a jewel that looks like you, it's so satisfying! In addition, your jewel will be unique, made only for you! Simply contact me by email at the following address: howlitetrib@gmail. com
Once the payment has been received, I will process your order and I will send you the tracking number of the package via email following our exchanges.
How soon can I receive my order?Your little jewels are made to order, which means that I make your jewels especially for you and to measure. I don't have any stock in advance, in order to avoid wasting materials. The manufacture of your jewelry takes between 1 to 7 working days, then I proceed to the shipment of your order! Once dispatched, the transport of your order takes approximately 2 to 5 working days in France, 5 to 10 working days outside France for a standard delivery in letter followed.
However, you can choose the Colissimo delivery option in order to be delivered more quickly, i.e. between 48 and 72 working hours (this option is only available for France)
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to be entered on the Laposte website: https://www. the post office. fr/individual/tools/track-your-shipments
My jewelry has broken, what should I do?
Our jewelry is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase*
*Warning, this warranty does not cover normal wear, oxidation, jewelry that has suffered damage due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.All our jewelry is guaranteed for one year, upon presentation of proof of purchase. Place your little gem in sturdy packaging to protect it from any worries during transport. Send it in a tracked package to the address given via our exchanges (howlitetrib@gmail. com) following this inconvenience. Do not forget to attach a short note to your shipment, indicating the reference of your order and the problem encountered. We send you a short message to notify you of the receipt of your jewel, which will then be repaired in our workshop. We keep you informed of each step.
The repair time varies depending on the problem encountered, and can take up to one month.
I want to order as a gift, how can I notify?It gives me great pleasure when you choose Howlitetrib for your birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, etc. It's a huge support for me and even more so when my little jewels are part of your Christmas wishlist! How can I return a jewel to you?
I accept returns without problem (except custom-made or personalized jewelry: necklace lengths, customization request), to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. Know that I do not reimburse the shipping costs on the order, only the value of the jewelry.
Please send me a message first to let me know of your request for a return of a jewel, and so I will give you the address to send me the jewel (well packaged and sent with tracking). I am not responsible for the loss of the package when you return the jewel. I will refund the jewel only when I have received the return of the jewel (in its original state).
How do I receive my invoice?
For ecological reasons, invoices are not sent in your packages. You can find all your invoices in your personal space.
An error in my order
If a jewel is missing from your package, please send us a message at howlitetrib@gmail. com We will find a solution together. Do not forget to specify in your message, the number of your order and to attach a photo of the jewel if necessary.
What are the delivery times?
France - Standard delivery: 2 to 5 working days
France - Colissimo delivery: 1 to 2 working days

What should I do if I haven't received my package?
Have you checked with your neighborhood or your post office? It is possible that someone has received your package or is waiting for you at your post office. If not, send us a message at howlitetrib@gmail. com, we will do our best to find him.
My package has been returned to sender
If your package has been returned to us, don't worry! We will take care of sending it back to you as soon as we receive it.
Can I pick up my order at your workshop?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your orders at the workshop.
